3. Steps in making recycled tissue paper:

a. First, fill the bowl with warm water.
b. Don’t use hot water.
c. Tear the tissue paper into small pieces.
d. Drop them into the water.
e. Beat the paper using a fork until the paper becomes fibers.
f. Pour the fibers into the cake pan.
g. Push the wire mesh underneath the mixture.
h. Lift it up.
i. Wait until it is solid and dry.
j. Now, you have a piece of paper to write anything
